Store Policies

  • We kindly ask that all purchased items be picked up within 30 days of purchase. Due to limited space, we’re unable to store items beyond this window. Unless otherwise agreed upon, items left past 30 days may be considered abandoned.

  • We currently offer free shipping within the U.S. via FedEx, UPS, and select white glove carriers. Please allow 3–5 weeks for delivery.

    Items shipped via standard carriers (FedEx/UPS/USPS) are insured, and in the event of loss or damage, the buyer will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. We're happy to assist by providing any necessary documentation.

    For shipments handled by white glove delivery services, we will file and manage any claims on your behalf should there be any damage or issues during transit.

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on vintage items. Each piece is sold as is.

    We encourage you to reach out with any questions prior to purchase. We’re more than happy to provide additional photos, videos, measurements, or details to help you feel confident in your decision.

  • At Carefully Picked, we specialize in vintage furniture, lighting, and objects. These pieces have lived many lives and may show signs of age or previous use.

    We do our best to assess and describe each item as accurately as possible, including any notable wear or imperfections. However, because we are not the original manufacturers, we do not offer warranties or guarantees. We also cannot accept responsibility for any functional issues that may occur after purchase.

    All pieces are sold as is, and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or partial refunds.
